We deliver exclusively to business customers (B2B) within Germany and the EU.

Depending on the product type and quantity, shipping is handled via parcel services (e.g., DHL, UPS) or freight forwarding companies.

Shipping costs are calculated individually and provided in your quotation.

Delivery times vary depending on product type, print approval, and payment method. A binding delivery date will be confirmed in your written offer.

Note: Production begins only after payment is received and print files are approved.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
As we exclusively produce custom-made products (e.g., printed with your logo, design, or specific dimensions), returns and exchanges are generally not possible.
Exceptions apply only in the case of:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect delivery

Transport damage (must be reported immediately upon receipt)
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any defects within 7 working days at info@mylogopack.de
⚠️ No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g (2)(1) BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, as the goods are custom-produced for business clients.
