No Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers (B2B)

Our products and services are intended exclusively for business customers (entrepreneurs) in accordance with §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to §355 BGB.

In addition, please note that:

  • Most of our products are custom-made (e.g. with logo, design, color, size).

  • Customized goods are excluded from cancellation or return, as they are manufactured according to the client’s specific requirements.

We kindly ask you to carefully check all order details and provided print files before final approval and production.
